Jacky follows a gentle, devoted Buddhist path, unfolding with the calm rhythm of a meandering river. Her journey has been shaped by reading Tenzin Palmo’s Cave in the Snow, meeting Khenpo Ngawang Dhamchoe in her local town of Milton 19 years ago, and sharing Buddhism with primary school children every Tuesday ever since. For Jacky, nurturing the seeds of dharma in people of all ages is both a calling and a joy.
Deeply inspired by Khenpo-la’s humility and equanimity, she holds a strong faith in the healing power of his compassionate heart. Alongside her role as a mum and carer, Jacky works as a yoga and meditation teacher, running a small studio on the NSW South Coast. She also guides meditation practice and supports dharma activities at the local Manjushri Buddhist Centre in Milton, creating space for connection, reflection, and mindful learning.
