Ivan is the maintenance manager at Moinhos Velhos and looks after all of the resort’s operating systems with care and reliability. Originally from Ukraine, he has called Portugal home for 19 years and has been part of the team for the past 8 years. Living onsite, he plays an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the property, helping to ensure everything functions as it should for guests and staff alike.
Fluent in Russian, Portuguese, and English, Ivan is easy to speak with and always approachable. He is also deeply interested in the center’s fasting programmes and takes part in a fast several times each year. Through his own experience, he has developed a strong understanding of fasting and is always happy to share a conversation with clients who want to know more.
