He is responsible for the marketing and online side of things, while also helping guests prepare for the retreat and arrange the details in advance. Ivan first came to the center as a guest himself, and later spent about a year living there and supporting the daily life of the center. That experience gives him a personal understanding of what guests may need before they arrive.
