Isis du Jour

Isis is the founder of The Yoga Yurt, as well as a yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and sound practitioner whose work is inspired by nature, music, and community. Her classes are designed to help people slow down, reconnect, and experience the transformative spirit of yoga both on and off the mat.

With training in Vinyasa, Yin/Restorative, SUP, and Prenatal Yoga, she brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to each session. Isis also weaves in her love of sound through nourishing sound baths, Yoga Nidra sessions, and Vibro-Accoustic Treatments, creating an atmosphere that supports deep relaxation and healing.

Warm, inclusive, and always curious, Isis sees yoga as a lifelong path of growth and discovery. She welcomes guests into The Yoga Yurt, a space where movement, nature, music, and mindful connection naturally come together.
