About Ishi

Ishi is an internationally recognized spiritual teacher and an experienced breathwork facilitator.

A seeker, spiritual guide, tantra and yoga teacher, and energy and breath worker, he is the founder and lead teacher of Samma Karuna. For the past 14 years, he has led workshops and long trainings, sharing a message of Loving Presence.

Following an awakening experience that emerged after a spinal injury at age 29, he devoted his life to self-discovery, awakening, and healing.

Ishi created Tetra breathwork® by blending his background in conscious connected breath with his experience in tantra, supporting Awakening of the Heart and healing.

He is also the creator of the BioDevelopment® dance therapy system, the school of contemporary tantra, the healing technique R.I.C.H, Samma Karuna So Ham breathwork®, and Tetra Breathwork®, as well as many active meditations and techniques that combine breath, movement, and expression.

Today, Ishi leads the three main schools of Samma Karuna—Tantra, Yoga, and Breath—and has taught daily since 2013, dedicating the last 10 years of his life to his students and the Samma Karuna school.
