Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
Isabella Chávez’s journey began early, through the study and practice of contemporary dance, butoh, and different forms of theater. This deep relationship with the body later became the foundation for her yoga path, where movement, presence, and expression come together in a meaningful way.
Alongside her spiritual practice, she is involved in projects that support education and awareness in the fight against violence, bringing her values into the world in a practical and compassionate way. She completed her training with teachers from Colombia, Ecuador, and the United States.
Her teachings are influenced by the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra, which has broadened her understanding of yoga as a way of life rooted in awareness and self-care. For Isabella, practice is a living tapestry shaped by self-discovery and the ongoing journey toward spiritual realization.
