I am a devoted yoga teacher who deeply trusts that both body and mind are always capable of healing and growth. Since childhood, I have been fascinated by dogs, whose unconditional love and natural ability to stay present have long inspired me.
My love for animals and commitment to yoga have naturally brought together animal welfare and yoga in my life. I believe in the healing power of a consistent yoga practice, as well as the healing that comes from connecting with dogs. For me, life is rooted in mindfulness, inner balance, and joy — found in the simplest moments, whether in a deep yoga pose or in the sincere gaze of a dog.
My yoga trainings in India, Munich, and Corfu have shaped me both as a teacher and as a person. With more than 1,300 hours of yoga training, I continue to see myself not only as a teacher in every class, but also as a student, learning from each participant along the way.
