He has been connected with The Haven for 28 years, where he has facilitated Come Alive and Couples in Conflict. Ian is also a founding member of The Inner Activist, an initiative dedicated to cultivating compassionate, reflective, and responsive leadership in people and communities. Its work supports leaders in navigating emotion, conflict, power, and difference with care, while staying rooted in social justice, diversity, and equity.
