
Helen has been teaching yoga in Maidstone, Kent, in the UK since 2008. Her teaching is rooted in an Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa approach, supporting mindfulness, health, and well-being through the connection of breath, movement, and stillness.
In addition to her Yoga Alliance 200hr and 500hr certifications, Helen has trained in mindfulness meditation, Yin Yoga, and, for those seeking something more adventurous, SUP Yoga — yoga on a stand up paddleboard.
Helen welcomes people of all ages, genders, abilities, and experience levels with a warm smile. She is passionate about helping others explore yoga, and perhaps discover something new about themselves along the way.
