Master of Ceremonies & Event Manager. Heather discovered our women’s retreat experience in 2018 and soon became a familiar face, returning for five retreats in just two years, including women’s, mama & daughter, and mama & son gatherings. Her warm presence, lively spirit, and easy laugh made her an instant fit with the Rustic Mama Retreats family, and it wasn’t long before she joined the team.
As our longest-standing team member, Heather understands every detail of our retreats. She combines strong operational skills with a welcoming approach, handling behind-the-scenes logistics while making sure every guest feels supported from the moment they arrive. You may see her greeting guests with a smile, leading a hands-on crafting workshop, or dancing until the final song.
Beyond retreats, Heather is a proud mother of three, a financial representative at her local hospital, and the owner of a thriving cake-baking business. Her days are full, vibrant, and beautifully balanced between family, work, and her role with Rustic Mama Retreats. Her energy, commitment, and genuine care shine through in everything she does, making her an essential part of both the team and the guest experience.
