I’m a busy mum of two daughters and a business owner. My yoga journey began 13 years ago, during my pregnancy and after the birth of my first daughter. I truly understood its benefits after experiencing postnatal anxiety and psychosis following the birth of my second daughter. Yoga supported my recovery, both mentally and physically, and I became a regular practitioner.
With a background working in prisons and at a women’s refuge, I’ve seen firsthand how yoga can support people from all walks of life. I began leading retreats after being made redundant from the charity sector while on maternity leave. Holding a degree in tourism business management, I recognised a gap in the market for retreats in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean, which inspired me to complete my first yoga teacher training.
Since then, it’s been a wonderful journey. I love teaching and witnessing the positive difference it makes in my students’ lives. I feel truly blessed to offer classes that support healing from the ground up.
