Harry’s yoga journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic. What started as a way to stay balanced gradually became an important part of his life.
He was nurtured and grew within Om Factory Hoi An, the predecessor of Om Đây Yoga. After completing his 200-hour Vinyasa training, Harry began teaching at the studio and continued developing his own style, blending strength, softness, and inner stillness.
In class, Harry weaves together movement sequences designed to build strength and flexibility, helping students create a stable and balanced foundation. He teaches with close attention to detail, encouraging students to feel deeply and bring awareness back into the body.
Alongside his dynamic Power and Vinyasa classes, students especially love Harry’s Yin Yoga sessions, where his gentle voice and calm presence help everyone soften, unwind, and discover true inner quiet.
Living in several countries and experiencing a variety of cultures has given Harry an open and grounded perspective on yoga. For him, yoga is not only physical practice, but also a journey of returning home—learning to live more simply, more deeply, and with greater mindfulness each day.
