Originally from Rochester, New York, Hanna has spent many years living in the Rocky Mountains and has developed a deep love for Taos, where she is grateful to be building community. Her life is closely connected to the natural world, and she draws energy and inspiration from time outdoors, where breath, movement, and landscape all come together in a meaningful way.
Hanna feels most at home in simple, nourishing moments: sitting by the river, exploring the beauty of the earth, and enjoying good company with friends. Warm, playful, and easy to connect with, she brings a lively presence to her teaching and a sincere appreciation for yoga and the many gifts it offers. Her approach reflects both joy and groundedness, inviting others to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel more connected to themselves and the world around them.
