Yoga teacher and trainee facilitator, Hammeris was born and raised in Perú. She spent her years in Lima while completing a degree in Industrial Engineering, building experience in business process management, commercial work, foreign trade companies, and forestry investments. Alongside this professional path, she began practicing yoga, and what first brought more joy and balance soon opened the door to a deeper search for meaning and purpose.
Following her curiosity about spirituality, Hammeris traveled to India for four months to study Ashtanga Yoga with different teachers. Although she had been introduced to spiritual and mystical teachings in childhood, yoga became the path that led her further into psycho-spiritual practices. After returning to Perú, she re-entered the working world, but a series of difficult experiences in Lima inspired her to dedicate herself to service and to supporting women. This led her to Cusco, where she worked as an advisor for a nonprofit focused on women’s empowerment through education.
While continuing her yoga practice, Hammeris felt called toward deeper healing and stepped onto the plant medicine path. Since then, she has cultivated a close relationship with plants through ceremony, daily practices, and self-work, discovering how powerfully yoga and plant medicine can support one another.
Over the course of her journey, Hammeris has completed yoga teacher trainings in Ashtanga, Restorative, and Vinyasa. She has also explored energy medicine through tools such as Past Life Regression Therapy, dance, Reiki, and Pranic Healing, and has expanded her studies with Life Coaching, Somatic Experiencing, and Trauma Informed Yoga. Passionate about holistic wellness and self-knowledge, she is inspired by people who live authentically.
Today, Hammeris teaches in 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Trainings in Cusco, Perú and creates nourishing spaces through yoga and energy medicine, encouraging women to discover who they are and live in alignment with their truth.
