Originally from the Middle East, his journey has taken him across several countries before eventually bringing him to Salt Spring Island. With so many possible directions his life could have taken, arriving here feels especially meaningful. At the center of his work is a simple belief: food is one of the most universal ways people feel cared for. He thrives in spaces where thoughtful systems, great people, and nourishing meals come together to create a sense of ease and connection.
