Since 2002, I have been a certified Luna Yoga® teacher, sharing my deep commitment to this style through private sessions, ongoing courses, and as a lecturer in the European Luna Yoga teacher training.
With more than three decades of experience in training as a yoga meditator, I also take part in the major yoga congress of the European Yoga Union in Zinal, Switzerland. For just as long, I have been a student of yoga pioneer Adelheid Ohlig, with whom I successfully completed my two Luna Yoga trainings, each spanning two years.
For me, Luna Yoga is a path of growth in which the body takes center stage. The aim is to truly know the body, listen to its signals, and feel it consciously, while relaxation and strengthening go hand in hand. This process always brings me great joy.
The moon represents the cyclical nature of life and resonates as I encourage participants to practice in their own rhythm. Through awareness with all the senses, we work with the center and the power of the pelvis. Each person decides what feels beneficial in the present moment, gets to know themselves more deeply, and awakens creative abilities.
Language and awareness of language inspire me on my path. I enjoy living the positive and creative power of words, which is why I guide my yoga practices in clear language at all times.

Yoga means to me: a path of and toward personal development. On my yoga mat, I am connected with my body, my five senses, my intuition, my mind, and my heart.
