Gwen’s relationship with yoga began early in life, shaped by her mother’s guidance through children’s classes and regular practice at home. What started as a childhood introduction gradually became a lifelong companion, and it deepened even further during her pregnancy, when she discovered the calming power of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation through prenatal yoga.
After the birth of her second child, Gwen faced a period marked by health challenges and injuries that asked her to slow down and listen carefully to her body. That experience brought her into a softer, more compassionate way of practicing — one rooted in care, patience, and presence — which she now brings into every class she teaches.
Gwen creates a welcoming space where students can soften, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Her sessions encourage release and ease, helping you feel nourished, grounded, and more at home in your body.
