Hello! I’m Gosia, a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher and a sound healing practitioner.
My yoga journey began more than a decade ago and quickly became a powerful path of self-discovery and healing. Since then, my practice has supported me through many of life’s challenges, helping me listen more deeply and understand the needs of both body and mind.
When I chose to move from my hometown in Poland to London, I went even further into holistic practices such as meditation, kirtan, and sound healing, and I had the chance to learn from many inspiring teachers along the way.
Not long after, I felt called to travel to India to complete my yoga teacher training, and I have been teaching ever since.
I teach and practice a wide range of yoga styles. I enjoy playful, dynamic Vinyasa flows that awaken the body and energize the system, as well as slower, balancing, and restorative classes. My intention is to create space, release tension, and fill the heart with kindness.
As a singer and musician, I was naturally drawn to the Eastern approach to sound healing. For the past two years, I have been exploring the ancient science of sound medicine, and it has been an extraordinary experience.
At the moment, I offer group soundscapes as well as personalized one-to-one sound massages using therapeutic instruments.
I look forward to guiding you through a morning Vinyasa practice, where we’ll release stress and tension through breath and movement. We’ll then rest and unwind in the healing sounds of singing bowls and bells.
