Gokul Bisht

Description

Gokul Bisht is a knowledgeable yoga teacher with a strong focus on Yoga Anatomy and Physiology. Since 2014, he has been weaving together the depth of ancient Indian tradition with a modern scientific approach, creating teachings that are both insightful and accessible. His background includes extensive experience in Yoga Alliance–registered international courses, where he has guided students with clarity, precision, and care.

After completing his Master’s degree in Yoga, he earned his RYT-500 from IYMS, Rishikesh. He has also trained students in RYS-200 and RYS-300 programs, leading them through asana, pranayama, and meditation practices. At present, he teaches Yoga Anatomy and Physiology at Jiva Yoga Academy.

With a broad understanding of yoga in multiple dimensions, Gokul offers a well-rounded learning experience that supports both technical knowledge and holistic living. His teaching style helps students deepen their practice while developing a more complete understanding of the body, breath, and mind.
