
Gina Cunningham has been devoted to yoga since 1996, first drawn in by its physical demands and later inspired by the deeper layers of the practice. Over the years, she has studied with exceptional teachers whose guidance expanded her understanding of yoga, mindfulness, and the many ways they support everyday life. Her teaching has grown into a style that is both dynamic and physically engaging, while still remaining grounded in compassion, generosity, and humor. Gina believes that what we practice becomes part of who we are, and she is continually inspired by the clarity and ease that can arise through mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation. Her approach invites students to build strength, create space, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and well-being on and off the mat.
