Description

I am a yoga and laughter yoga instructor, hypnotherapist and Tibetan Buddhist practitioner.
I have completed the Deep Circulatory Breathing (Re-Beefing) training with Martynas Driukas, an experience that has greatly expanded my understanding of human inner processes.

In my work with people, I use various therapeutic practices to help transform states on physical, emotional and mental levels. My aim is to help people get back in touch with themselves, to release tensions in the body and the subconscious, and to find inner balance.

Rebounding is one of the practices that I find closest and most effective. This deep breathing method allows you to quickly achieve profound changes: to release emotional accumulations, to work through old grievances, to release fears, anxieties, tensions, to overcome insomnia, panic attacks, depression or addictions. Breathing becomes a bridge to awareness - it helps you understand why certain situations in your life keep recurring and learn how to transform them.

Rebefing sessions are a powerful tool for inner peace, freedom and self-knowledge. By breathing consciously, one begins to breathe and live fully.
