
Teaching Hatha Yoga since 2008, my intention is to support others in finding greater balance, peace, joy, and love in their lives. I am passionate about helping people discover their limitless potential and connect more deeply with themselves. My own path began in 2005, when I said a wholehearted “yes” to yoga’s invitation to live consciously and fully, and to appreciate the beauty of simply being.
As my journey of awakening unfolded, I completed my first Hatha Yoga teacher training in 2008, and later that year chose to follow the path of Anusara Yoga. In order to study this inspiring Hatha Yoga system, I completed more than 1500 hours of training and traveled to many parts of the world, meeting remarkable teachers and fellow seekers who shared the same vision: a deep desire for personal and collective growth.
My studies continued with workshops in Naked Voice sound healing, along with training in holistic massage and Thai massage. From 2013 to 2019, I explored the science of Ayurveda, which opened new horizons in both my personal practice and my teaching. More recently, I have been attending workshops to specialize in trigger point therapy.
With deep gratitude for all I have received from my teachers and through my yoga practice, I dedicate both my teaching and my individual practice to collective happiness and peace.
