George Fistonich

Based in Washington, DC, George Fistonich is an E-RYT-200 and YACEP® certified vinyasa and power yoga teacher with a strong commitment to mindful, dynamic practice. He completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training with Mimi Rieger, Rocket yoga foundations with David Kyle, and Yin Yoga training with Yael Flusberg, bringing together a well-rounded background that informs his teaching style.

Coming from a non-athletic background himself, George discovered yoga as a path to greater mobility, sharper focus, and a sense of enjoyment on the mat. His classes are designed to support individual progress while highlighting alignment, awareness, and control.
