Biography
Geoffrey Carr PhD, R.Psych, CPT-S brings together deep clinical expertise, academic leadership, and decades of professional practice. He completed his training in clinical psychology and neuroscience at McGill University in 1985, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to psychological assessment, treatment, and education.
He has served as a professor of psychology at both UBC and SFU, where he earned strong student evaluations and supervised clinical psychology students. In British Columbia, he has been a Registered Psychologist for 25 years and has been recognized as an expert in the assessment and treatment of children and adults at all levels of court. Alongside his clinical work, he has published research and taught psychological assessment, and he is also a Certified Play Therapist.
