Gary Dillon

Gary Dillon MA brings together a rich background in psychology, theology, and movement therapy, with a special focus on Esalen massage and Hawaiian shamanic bodywork. His work reflects a deep interest in the connection between body, spirit, and human intimacy, shaped by years of study and practice across both Eastern and Western traditions.

Known for his thoughtful and contemporary approach, he explores Taoist and Western esoteric understandings of Eros, offering a fresh perspective on how sexuality and spirituality can support one another in meaningful ways. His teaching invites participants into greater awareness, presence, and authentic connection.

Alongside his wife, Elfi Dillon-Shaw, he co-leads Eros and Intimacy, Sex and Spirit for Couples, and teaches internationally. His sessions are designed for those seeking a deeper, more integrated understanding of intimacy, embodied awareness, and personal transformation.
