

My personal journey into yoga began in 1995, driven purely by curiosity. Daily practice brought me moments of deep well-being, and soon I noticed a clear easing of pain and the feeling that I could exhale endlessly. It became clear to me: I wanted to share this gift and become a yoga teacher.
Alongside extensive yoga training totaling around 1,200 hours, I completed in-depth qualifications as an energy mentor and meditation guide. From this rich experience, Harmony Yoga was born, and after 25 years I still share it with great joy.
I am grateful to accompany people on their path and offer tools that help them navigate everyday life and its challenges more easily. Yoga not only strengthens the body and keeps it flexible, but also works directly on the mind. This is true yoga: the settling of the mind. Inner stillness and stability create more calm and ease. I encourage everyone to try it. In Harmony Yoga, the focus is not on learning difficult asanas, but on feeling, perception, mindfulness, and awareness. Anyone who wants to look beyond the surface and explore the exciting path toward themselves is welcome.
