Frank has been teaching Hatha yoga in Central Florida since 2012, bringing a grounded and accessible approach to every class and training he leads. A strong believer that yoga is for every body, he is especially passionate about sharing yogic philosophy and history in a way that feels relevant, practical, and easy to apply beyond the mat.
In FCY’s Yoga Teacher Training program, Frank teaches philosophy with a focus on how timeless yogic teachings can support daily life, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of the practice. His work invites students to connect theory with lived experience, making philosophy both meaningful and approachable.
Outside of teaching, Frank enjoys coffee and reading, and is currently pursuing an M.Div. in Interreligious Chaplaincy as well as an M.A. in Religion & Theology.
