
Francesca Forde brings a rich background in professional dance to her yoga teaching, having practiced alongside her performing career since 2011. When ill health brought her dance career to an end in 2014, yoga became a meaningful path of support, offering her both physical and mental tools for healing and a way to keep movement alive in her life.
Over the years, Francesca developed a deep and lasting connection to the practice, eventually choosing to train as a yoga teacher. Her classes are shaped by her dance experience and often weave together fluid movement, strength, and self-inquiry, inviting students to discover a more harmonious relationship between body and mind.
She continues to expand her knowledge through anatomy, mindfulness, yoga philosophy, and more therapeutic practices. Passionate about accessibility and inclusion, Francesca is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where people from all backgrounds can move, breathe, and explore without judgment.
