
Foko brings together the art of conscious cooking and the wisdom of holistic living. Trained from a young age by his beloved grandmother, he discovered his passion for food at just 12 years old, developing a deep respect for nourishment, tradition, and flavor.
As his career grew, he advanced quickly through the ranks of a private cooking agency while also deepening his yoga practice under teacher Michael Stewart, founder of Shanta Vira Yoga. This blend of culinary skill and mindful discipline shaped a more intentional path for his work.
In 2018, Foko expanded his studies into Ayurveda, bringing an even more holistic approach to his offerings. During our Retreats and Trainings, he provides Ayurveda consultations designed to support balance, awareness, and well-being through food and lifestyle guidance.
