Based in London, Florentina has spent more than a decade teaching at TriYoga and at studios throughout the city, alongside retreats in Egypt, Morocco, France and the UK. Her foundation lies in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, informed by yogic texts and extensive study with Jason Crandell, Doug Keller and Judith Hanson Lassater.
Her classes are creative and exploratory, with a strong emphasis on alignment, breath, and the felt experience of the body. Expect clear guidance, room to listen inward, and a practice that feels both nourishing and alive.
At Ulpotha, Florentina draws inspiration from the elements. Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether help shape the pace of the day, together with sound, space and simple Ayurvedic principles. You will also explore the koshas and chakras in a practical way, supporting a deeper understanding of how everything connects.
Morning sessions are designed to build strength, stamina and flexibility, with optional challenges for those who want to go further. You are invited to move at your own pace and approach the practice with curiosity. The intention is simple: to leave feeling balanced, uplifted, relaxed and calm.
