My name is Flor Gaby Jaimes Puma, and for more than six years I have been sharing my knowledge, customs, and lived traditions with others. I was born in Chinchero, in the Sacred Valley, a region rich in history, culture, and natural beauty.
I am passionate about passing on the wisdom of my ancestors and staying closely connected to nature. Natural medicine is part of my everyday life, and in recent years I have deepened my spiritual path, following in the footsteps of those who came before me.
To me, spirituality is expansive and full of wonder. It has taught me to listen to my body, observe myself with greater awareness, and recognize that we are already complete beings, even if many of us, as I once did for more than thirty years, spend much of life focused on the outside world.
I restore my energy by simply looking at green fields, feeling the wind, and being surrounded by nature. These moments feed my body and soul, and I am grateful to share that energy and connection with those who walk this path with me.
