Fara Marz is the founder of OM Factory, established in 2006, as well as a designer and architect with an international background. Originally from Persia, he studied at Kunstgewerbeschule in Basel, Switzerland, where he earned a postgraduate diploma in architecture and product design, and later completed a Master of Architecture degree at the University of Oregon. He has lived in New York City since 1980 and founded his architectural firm, Arte New York, in 1984.
Fara began his yoga journey in 2004 and completed his yoga teacher training in New York. Since then, he has continued to deepen his practice through many yoga and meditation trainings and workshops, while also leading teacher trainings, yoga retreats, and workshops around the world. OM Factory reflects his long-held vision of building a yoga community that connects people across continents.
