As a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International, I combine solid theoretical knowledge with many years of practice across different yoga traditions. Alongside my work as a travel guide and time traveler, I am also a freelance journalist. My background further includes intensive advanced training, as well as teaching yoga classes and leading inspiring yoga retreats in many corners of this magical world. I live in Straden, in Southeast Styria, Austria.
My approach is youthful, dynamic, and humorous, always connected to everyday life. It regularly creates space for calm, letting go, and turning inward. The focus is on mindfulness in the present moment and a willingness to embrace constant change. Since every body is unique, there is a suitable path for every yogi and yogini. The aim is to wrap yourself in love and joy and carry that attitude into daily life. Our life, full of possibilities, only asks for an open heart. For me, yoga is the pure essence of life, the force that makes everything shine.
“Anyone who can breathe can practice yoga.” (Mark Whitwell)
I completed my training with Susanne Lietz at Yuna Yoga Graz, with guest teacher David Swenson, who introduced me to flowing Vinyasa flow sequences suitable for every body type. I also took workshops with Duncan Wong, Mark Whitwell, Anna Trökes, and the Kim brothers. Since 2010, I have worked as an international travel guide for several organizers and as a freelance journalist for various print and radio magazines.
