Drawing on a background in martial arts, yoga, and health and wellness consulting, Eric Kolesar has built his work around helping people find greater balance, self-empowerment, and meaningful growth. He combines neuroscience, body awareness, mindfulness, and experiential learning to help high achievers reconnect with their authentic selves and share their gifts more fully in the world.
His professional experience includes life coaching, energy work, and teaching yoga as a 500-hour certified instructor. A turning point in his journey came through the transformative impact of working with horses, which deepened his appreciation for insight and rapid personal change. He later became an advanced certified facilitator in Equine Experiential Learning, as well as in the Masterson Technique and Equine-Facilitated Sand Play.
As co-founder of Tula Vida Ranch, Eric creates immersive experiences focused on leadership, mindfulness, and personal transformation. Alongside Sally and the Tula Vida herd, he offers a distinctive approach that blends neuroscience-based practices with the intuitive wisdom of horses. Eric and Sally also co-founded the Tula Vida Foundation, a registered charity devoted to rescuing and rehabilitating horses, while making transformative retreats accessible to those without the economic means.
