
Eric Dusseault, Ph.D., based in Boston, MA, brings a rich blend of academic leadership and creative practice to his teaching. While working full time in Higher Education Administration, he has also spent the past 15 years teaching art courses at the Massachusetts College of Art & Design (MassArt) and the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
His training includes two certificates from RISD: one in Comic and Sequential Art and another in Children’s Book Illustration. At RISD, he has also led Continuing Education courses in Foundation Drawing, Character Design: Might, Myth, and Magic; The Fairytale Workshop; and Biographical Illustration.
Eric’s teaching is rooted in a deep belief that art can help people discover their authentic voice. Through visual expression, he encourages participants to explore creativity as a meaningful path toward connection, self-discovery, and shared human experience.
