Yoga is, for me, a path toward self-discovery and steady growth.
I first became interested in the physical practice of yoga asanas six years ago, looking for something that would support both body and mind. I had a clear wish to find a form of movement that felt engaging, but I was close to giving up until I attended my first yoga class.
That first encounter was not love at first sight. It felt more like a cold shower and a question to myself: can’t I truly empower my body to move? Most poses felt neither easy nor comfortable, so I developed a strong determination to keep practicing until movement no longer brought discomfort. That journey continues today, but with a very different perspective, more mindfulness, and a holistic view.
After completing yoga instructor training (RYT200) in 2021, I began teaching live classes. In 2023, my path also led me into body therapy at the massage level, and I continue learning to better understand the human mechanism and the connection between the body and mental well-being. What matters most to me is that living in your body feels good, safe, and pleasant.
I invite you to build your own authentic friendship with physical movement. It does not have to be through yoga — simply stay open, explore, and keep searching until you feel that living any other way is no longer worth it.
