As a retreat facilitator, Emma Palmer brings decades of dedication to her work in yoga and mindfulness. She founded Moksha Yoga in Melbourne, Australia, in 2005 and has since continued to shape a dynamic and evolving offering that includes teacher trainings in yoga, meditation, prāṇāyāma, sound medicine, somatic movement, and trauma-aware practices, alongside retreats, classes, courses, dharma circles, and immersive experiences.
Her teaching is informed by long-standing study and practice within the Siddha Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, Kashir Shaivism, and Sri Vidya lineages. With more than 25 years of meditation practice, Emma shares her guidance with warmth, care, and deep respect for the path of awakening. Participants can expect an experience rooted in presence, reflection, and a sincere invitation to explore deeper awareness and the nature of true consciousness.
