Emma Jerz is a new face in the hot springs world, but she brings a strong foundation in Human Development and a genuine passion for warm, welcoming hospitality. Her focus is on making every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and able to settle into a calm, restorative experience from the moment they arrive.
She feels deeply inspired by Steamboat Hot Springs’ long history and peaceful setting, and values the opportunity to help care for a place that has welcomed visitors for generations. Emma especially enjoys sharing the benefits of the mineral waters, with a favorite combination being time on the roller table followed by a soothing soak.
When she is not at work, Emma is an enthusiastic movie lover with a goal of watching as many films as possible each year. She also enjoys being outdoors with her dog Ribsy and spending time in the sun. One fun fact: last year, she watched nearly 200 movies.
