Yoga entered Emma’s life in her early twenties, during a period when she was searching for relief from inner unrest and a deeper sense of purpose.
Since then, her path has been guided by a sincere curiosity about the living world and a deep respect for the invisible connections that unite us all. In her teaching, she blends the wisdom of the natural elements with movement and breath, honouring earth, water, fire, and air as mirrors of our inner worlds.
More recently, her journey has explored the way science can ground us in understanding, while yoga invites us into presence, devotion, balance, and a felt sense of belonging within the wider web of life.
Yoga has opened her in profound ways, and she creates space for others to recognise their own unique gifts and to nurture belonging in right relationship with the Earth.
She welcomes students to move together — rooted in rhythm and humbled by the sacred experience of being alive.
