
Emily blends counselling, Reiki energy healing, massage, breathwork, sacred ceremony, and yoga in a compassionate, intuitive way that supports the integration of mind, body, and spirit. Her work is rooted in helping others create balance, embrace change, and reconnect with joy and passion in life.
As a Wellness Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, she has developed her offerings while continuing her own personal growth. This journey has led her to guide workshops, international transformational retreats, yoga teacher trainings with The Kula Collective, and facilitator trainings with Alchemy of Breath.
“This path has helped me so much that I want to share it with others.” Emily sees yoga as a complete practice. She believes that an intentional, well-aligned asana practice helps deepen our connection to the body, the breath, and the spirit. Through yoga and pranayama, meditation naturally unfolds. For Emily, one of yoga’s greatest gifts is its ability to suspend time and space, inviting presence and compassionate acceptance both on and off the mat.
