Description
Elske started practicing yoga to become more flexible after running several marathons and teaching TRX training.
She found that not only did yoga improve her flexibility but it also also helped her to become stronger, both physically and mentally. She completed her first 200-hour vinyasa and hatha teacher training in Goa, India. Throughout the years she did several additional yoga teacher trainings: trauma- sensitive yoga, prison yoga, yin yoga, prana vinyasa yoga, which lifted her to a 500h+ teacher.
Elske lived in Qatar for a couple of years where she taught vinyasa, yin and aerial yoga in the main yoga studio of the capital, several companies and a member of the Royal family before moving to Holland, where she continued to teach in her own yoga studio. She uses yoga in a playful way to feed the body, mind and soul in a powerful, creative and or gentle flow.
The last few years she widened her experience with massage therapy, personal fitness training and small group trainings. Elske is a true believer of the fact that moving the body, and healthy food choices makes your life happier.
