After nearly 20 years working as an RMT, Elli Klaus brings a deeply grounded perspective to counselling, shaped by years of supporting people facing complex health challenges. Her experience includes working with clients and their caretakers through life-changing conditions, as well as acute illness and chronic pain and fatigue syndromes.
Elli’s work is informed by a strong respect for cultural diversity and a clear awareness of the lasting impact of gender, ethnicity, and class-based power structures. In a fast-moving and often disconnected world, she recognizes how easily stress can affect both mental and physical well-being.
Her goal is to help clients reconnect with their own baseline in a collaborative, non-pathologizing way that makes space for every part of their story.
Elli is especially drawn to sessions that explore experience through a somatic and narrative lens. Her style is compassionate, curious, and direct, with a focus on helping clients rediscover the strengths, skills, and inner knowledge they may have forgotten.
