
Guided by the Buddhist path of compassion and kindness, Elle brings a deeply grounded presence to every class she teaches. With more than 12 years of personal practice, she completed her 200-hour training in 2019 and her 300-hour training in 2025. Since 2019, she has been sharing yoga while also dedicating herself to Vipassana meditation.
Her classes weave together Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin into a soft, meditative flow that supports both movement and stillness. Students are invited to connect body and mind, ease physical and mental tension, and create space for greater inner peace and joy. Elle’s teaching style is calm, mindful, and nurturing, making her sessions welcoming for those seeking a balanced and reflective practice.
