
Born and raised in Mount Shasta, California, Eliza brings a grounded love of movement, music, nature, and community into every class she teaches. With 14 years of personal practice and 6 years of teaching experience, she offers a thoughtful approach shaped by continued study and dedication. Her certifications include Prana Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, and she completed her 200-hour training at the Colorado School of Yoga.
Eliza has also expanded her education through studies with respected teachers such as Rod Stryker and Devon Sweeney, and she is currently pursuing her 500-hour RYT certification with the Samudra Global School of Living Yoga. Her classes weave together structure and flow, with an emphasis on energetic alignment and sustainable breath flow. Using simple cues, rhythmic movement, and unique somatic patterning, she creates a deeply embodied experience that supports students in moving with greater awareness, ease, and connection.
