I am here with a clear purpose: to support the rise of human consciousness and help each person grow into their fullest potential. My work is rooted in the belief that every thought, word, and action shapes the world we share, and that true change begins within.
At my core, I carry a deep sense of sanctity and reverence for all living beings. I invite you to turn inward, to build your inner temple, and to walk a path that is truly your own rather than repeating the lives of others. If that speaks to you, you are in the right place.
Since childhood, I have been highly sensitive, deeply intuitive, and closely guided by the spirit realm. I have experienced visions, memories from past lives, spirit teachers, ghosts, entities, and the colorful energetic field that surrounds us. As I grew older, I also began to hear and sense these layers more clearly, along with the emotions, atmospheres, and thoughts of others.
For a long time, I kept these experiences to myself. They were not widely accepted, and when left untrained, such gifts can feel overwhelming rather than supportive. My path has taught me how to transform these sensitivities into strengths, and I now share that process with others who feel they carry similar gifts and need support in grounding them.
To ground the visions, memories, and energetic codes I carry, I chose shamanism as my main medium. For me, it is a natural way to connect spirit and body, while also reconnecting us with nature, Mother Earth, and our own inner power.
I place strong emphasis on self-evolution at every level of existence, because outer reality reflects the inner world. In my experience, many people carry pain, trauma, and social conditioning that block their clarity and power. My role is to help shift that pattern through the tools that best support each person’s next step.
My work may include shamanic principles, energetic coding, transfiguration, light language, guided hypnosis, shamanic journeying, meditation, and body-based practices that strengthen the soul-body connection. I also draw from martial arts, physical training, and direct inner guidance. Self-discipline is an important part of this path, even when it is the part we most want to avoid.
I am a professional artist and completed my Master’s degree in nonverbal theater at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague in 2018. At the same time, I trained in core shamanism through a series of workshops in Bratislava organized by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
Since then, I have been creating, performing, teaching, and healing with a focus on the relationship between the physical and spiritual, the body and the soul. My background also includes extensive training in sports, dance, physical theater, circus, martial arts, and yoga. As a highly sensitive person raised in a Christian environment, I have spent much of my life exploring how to connect, strengthen, and expand all levels of being: physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
I am supported in my own transformation by a teacher, and as a shaman I also work with spirit guides, ancestors, and helping spirits. Even when life feels otherwise, we are never truly alone.
My aim is to serve as a shaman healer, teacher, coach, and creative force for others. I want to create beauty, compose music that shifts energetic patterns, and share my authentic self with honesty and light. I also hope to use my acting skills, my stage experience, and my full range of education in meaningful and professional ways.
I see myself as someone constantly evolving: sometimes a hermit, sometimes an extrovert, always listening, and occasionally lecturing when I probably should not. What matters most is this: I am committed to celebrating life, loving without boundaries, and continuing to change.
And yes, shamanism did not simply become part of my life by choice — it chose me. I resisted it for a long time, but eventually I surrendered to the path that was always meant for me.
My name is Eliška Kasprzyk, though you are welcome to call me Eliška, Ellie, or something similar. I was born in the Czech Republic, lived there for about 24 years, spent a year in Cornwall during Erasmus studies in dance, and now live in Finland, where I plan to stay for a very long time.
