Elisabeth’s path has always been guided by a deep desire to unite body, mind, and heart through movement. Her journey first led her across the world as a professional dancer and creative. Alongside a lifelong curiosity for nature, energy work, psychology, science, mysticism, and philosophy, yoga offered her a path of integration, profound healing, reconnection, learning, and transformation. It also opened the door to a more authentic way of living, one that includes the heart, the senses, intuition, and soul in the learning process.
She has completed more than 900 hours of teacher trainings, with a strong focus on Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Tantra, and Reiki. Among her most influential teachers are Alexey Vyazovov, Christopher Wallis, Andrey Lappa, Kosta Miachin, Sofia Sundari, Valentin Voronin, and Michael Lazano. Elisabeth has also taught and assisted teacher trainings at Vikasa Yoga School in Thailand and has worked as a yoga teacher in Europe and Asia. She is currently continuing her studies through a modern-day discipleship with her mentor, exploring advanced practices, while also deepening her yoga philosophy studies at the Oxford Centre of Hindu Studies and in Classical Tantric Arts and Sciences at the Tantrika Institute in Portugal.
