Description

Eli is a yoga and meditation teacher born and raised in Bali with over 10 years of yoga experience. Her yoga journey started with Hatha Yoga, later expanding into Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic style where movements are synchronized with breathing.

She has trained extensively with both Balinese and Indian yoga masters, studying yoga philosophy, meditation techniques, and energy practices such as Qi movement.

Eli’s teaching focuses on what she calls “inner yoga”—developing awareness of the connection between the mind and body. Her sessions encourage participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and deepen their mindfulness practice.
