Elena Riedel

Elena Riedel brings deep expertise to the support of our retreats as a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Based in Amsterdam, where she works in conventional talk therapy, she also specializes in working with altered states of consciousness. Her approach places strong emphasis on thoughtful risk reduction, as well as careful preparation before and integration after intensive experiences.

She is passionate about using in-depth screening conversations to assess whether participants are a suitable fit for our retreats. Guided by curiosity, humor, and honesty, Elena creates a grounded and trusting environment where people feel seen, supported, and at ease.

Outside her professional work, Elena enjoys singing, exploring new places, and engaging with art and music both as a participant and creator. Her interest in consciousness is matched by a joyful outlook on life, reflected even in her enthusiasm for the series Avatar: The Last Airbender.
