Yoga has opened my heart to my inner world and paved the way to inner peace and trust in the natural flow of life.

Yin Yoga is a slow but profound practice designed to calm the inner dialogue and allow us to immerse ourselves in meditative inward observation through our bodies. The yoga cushions and blocks used in the practice give us the support we need to stay in the postures and feel them fully.
