
For many years, I have been inspired by the powerful link between natural healing methods, conscious eating, and gentle bodywork. In 2008, a pivotal moment came at the London Yoga Show, where I discovered Dru Yoga. That spark immediately set me on the path to becoming a certified yoga teacher.
Dru Yoga is a distinctive form of Hatha yoga. Built on classical foundations, it is known for its soft, flowing, and graceful movements, designed especially for life in the 21st century. It is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or flexibility. From my wider repertoire, I also teach balancing Yin yoga as well as nourishing and calming Restorative yoga.
Since 2009, I have been teaching in alternative therapy centers, studios, and companies in London. I am currently also working at a Champneys Spa Hotel in the countryside.
My classes are infused with deep mindfulness, care, and compassion. I support you on your path to relaxation and help you find inner calm and contentment. Leave each session feeling lighter and refreshed.
Alongside yoga, I offer consultations as an ayurvedic health and natural nutrition advisor.
For me, yoga means arriving fully in the present moment, finding inner peace, and drawing strength from that stillness.
